Call Come

To all our regular and future guests,
We thank you for your interest in staying with us in our small hotel in the heart of the real south of
France.
To reassure you, here are details of the measures we have put in place to minimize the risk of
contracting any infection; we aim to always welcome you in the best Health and Safety conditions.
We have 5 rooms at our B&B, but for now we will only accept guests in 3 rooms at any one time, to
ensure enough space in the common areas; the entrance hall, stairways, and our private courtyard.
The common areas will be cleaned and disinfected twice a day.
To enable guests to keep a correct distance from each other, we will provide buffet breakfasts in
separate locations; in the dining room, on the first floor terrace, and in the courtyard.
Breakfasts will be prepared independently for each room.
We will be present and available to communicate with you at all times, whilst maintaining the same
correct social distancing standards as we ask of all our guests.
Drinks from the Private Bar can be served in the evenings, for guests to enjoy either in the breakfast
lounge, in the private courtyard or on the first floor terrace - although we are sorry to say that you
may not sit at The Bar itself. In this way everyone can respect the required safe social distances. The
Bar is not open to anyone other than house guests.
Concerning meals, we will be able to propose you some snacks like ham and cheese plates,
salad wraps, soft drinks and local wine. We can also offer a three-course evening meal, cooked by
your host Janne. We are not operating a restaurant, so we need to know in 12 hours in advance –
please - your choice for the main dish of either tuna, filet de boeuf or chicken.
Regarding arrivals and departures, exceptionally this year there will be limited possibility to
check-in before 5 p.m. or to check-out after 11 a.m., so that we have enough time to clean
and disinfect each room most thoroughly for new guests. We rely on the co-operation of our clients
and request that you follow all the precautions and measures detailed (hand cleaning, distance
between each other, etc.). A hand sanitizer dispenser will be permanently available in the entrance
hall, for everyone to use when arriving and leaving the house.
We will consider any suggestion or special demand upon request; and we remain at your disposal
for any other information. Please do not hesitate to e-mail us, in advance of your visit, if we might
reassure you further. We will reply as swiftly as possible.
We truly appreciate the unpredictability of the current environment, and the impact this has had on
all our lives. We will work with you in the case of an enforced postponement of any stay booked
during 2021, in accordance with French Law and any Orders introduced throughout the year. At
present the ruling is we may offer an alternative vacation, to be taken within one year of the original
booking. If your reservation is affected by the introduction of new restrictions, please send us an e-
mail as soon as possible, indicating your revised desired dates of stay and we will do our very best to
accommodate you.
If you should choose to cancel or change your reservation for reasons other than Government
Orders, our Standard Terms and Conditions will apply.

We are fully committed to managing this situation as well as possible. We look forward to
welcoming you to Rue Galilee, that you might have the best holiday experience we can offer.
Thanks again for your understanding; let's all take good care of each other,
