Call Come

To all our regular and future guests,

We thank you for your interest in our small hotel.

Rue Galilee is not open until 15/7/2020 – as a result of the lockdown put in place in

France for health reasons.
To reassure you, please find below the measures we plan to put in place to minimize any risks
once our small hotel is open, to welcome you in the best health and safety conditions.

We have 5 rooms at our B&B, but for now we will only accept guests in 4 rooms to ensure
enough space in the common areas; the entrance hall, stairways, and our private courtyard. To
enable guests to keep a good distance from each other, we will provide buffet breakfasts in
separate locations, in the dining room, on the first floor terrace, and in the courtyard.
Breakfast will be prepared independently for each room, so there will be no interaction
between customers or with ourselves. However, we will be present to communicate with you
and in case you need us.
The common areas will be cleaned and disinfected twice a day.
We can serve drinks from the Private Bar in the evenings, for guests to enjoy either at an
outside table, in the breakfast lounge, in the private courtyard or on the first floor terrace –
although you may not sit at The Bar. This ensures everyone can respect the required safe
social distance. The Bar is not open to anyone other than house guests.
A hand sanitizer dispenser will be permanently available in the entrance hall, for everyone to
use when arriving and leaving the house.
Regarding arrivals and departures, exceptionally this year there will be no possibility to
check-in before 5 p.m. or to check-out after 11 a.m., to ensure we have plenty of time to clean
and disinfect each room for new guests.
We also rely on our clients to take all the precautions and measures to avoid any problem
(hand cleaning, distance between each other, etc.).
Concerning meals, we will be able to propose you some snacks like ham and cheese plates,
salad wraps, soft drinks and local wine.
We will consider any suggestion or special demand upon request; we remain at your disposal
for any other necessary information, in order to reassure you. Do not hesitate to email and we
will reply as swiftly as possible.
If you have already booked to stay with us before 15 July 2020, a postponement of your
stay may be offered to you to be taken before 31 July 2021, in accordance with French law
(the order of March 29, 2020). In this case, please send us an email indicating your new
desired dates of stay and we will process your new booking, depending on the availability of
the accommodation.
If you book to stay after 15 July 2020 and then decide to cancel or postpone, our Standard
Terms and Conditions will apply.

We are fully committed to doing our best to manage this situation as well as possible. We
look forward to welcoming you to Rue Galilee.
Thanks again for your understanding and take good care of each other,
