My name is Lennart Borrwall, chef and restaurateur since long ago. Since the 1980s I have run my own business in the Stockholm area together with my wife Lena, most recently Borrwall's Kök in Södermalm in Stockholm. Nowadays "restaurant-free" but makes guest appearances, cooking courses etc.
My restaurant life has always been characterised by great French inspiration both in terms of food, environment and not least the wonderful atmosphere! Countless trips have been made to take part in all this. Now, together with Lena, we have also acquired accommodation in Languedoc where we can spend many parts of the year.
To now have the opportunity to make a guest appearance in wonderful Marseillan, at Janne Larsson on Rue Galilee for a few evenings feels fantastic!
We will prepare a Swedish-French inspired menu with good selected drinks.
>> Upon arrival, a glass of bubbles is served with snacks, followed by a 4-course menu.
>> The price per person is 52€, other drinks can be purchased at the Bar. The evening starts at 19h
